MBNA Central Regional Headquarters, Beachwood, Ohio

The C. W. Courtney Company is an integral part of the project team involved with the development of the MBNA Office Campus in Beachwood, Ohio which serves as a regional Customer Satisfaction center as well as a Telesales and Group Sales office for the company. The campus currently contains four office buildings and a dedicated daycare center for its employees. Many challenges during plan preparation were met and conquered. A few examples are coordinating construction of simultaneous projects to meet the demand of the client’s immediate needs, applying for and obtaining Ohio EPA permits for wetland mitigation and preparing the overall coordinated storm water management plan.
