Liberty Greens Residential Development, Painesville, Ohio

Retained by a prominent Cleveland area developer, The C.W. Courtney Company designed the infrastructure required to service this proposed 300+ plus unit mixed use residential development. Project design included solving problems associated with a large relatively flat site and multiple staged retention facilities, and coordinating a bridge crossing an existing Metropark bikeway.
