Emery Woods Residential Development, Warrensville Heights, Ohio

Working with one of our long time municipal clients and a private developer, The C.W. Courtney Company is developing plans for the public infrastructure needed to service a new mixed use residential development as part of joint economic development project. In our capacity as municipal engineer The C.W. Courtney Company is reviewing and approving development wide plans while completing the detailed design of 2600’ of roadway, sanitary and storm sewers, and waterlines required to service the development. With shared design development responsibilities between the City and the developer, The C.W. Courtney Company has lead the project team through a series of planning and design coordination meetings ensuring that roles, responsibilities and schedules are clearly understood and schedules are met.
